Fee arrangements include:

Success only Fees are paid only on the achievement of an agreed outcome e.g. the sale of or acquisition of a business |

Retention Hyde House can be retained on a monthly basis to identify strategic options an implement an agreed plan of action. |

Day Rate For general consultancy a day rate is agreed with the client in advance. |

|
Success / Retention In this scenario a monthly rate is paid and a further amount on completion. The fee on completion being less than a success only fee. |
