Pure Promoter is a specialist provider of email marketing solutions. NMK who manage a portfolio of businesses have entered the email marketing sector having concluded that there will be continued growth and use of this media even through this economic downturn.

In a second deal, Hyde House has advised Mobiventures on the acquisition of New Visions Mobile. Mobiventures was a significant shareholder in the business but has now secured the assets of the business. The business is to be renamed OurTribes to bring the focus to Social Networking websites.
Mobiventures is a mobile phone content and applications provider. New Visions Mobile provides internet and mobile platform solutions to e.g. the music industry.
